This notice explains how SP Health Analytics (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019). It is a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication.

Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, after which it is securely deleted.
